🟩 Is booking required?
Booking is not mandatory, but it is recommended, especially during the busiest periods (June, July, August).
You can contact us via WhatsApp or email to check availability.
🟩 What time can I arrive and when do I have to leave the pitch?
During the low season we are very flexible with arrival times.
In high season, check-in starts from 4:00 pm, but if the pitch becomes available earlier and conditions allow, we will be happy to let you in sooner.
If you arrive early, you may park in our parking area, relax in the green space or go straight to the beach.
We will contact you as soon as your pitch is ready.
Check-out is by 12:00 pm, but if you would like to stay a few extra hours, just let us know: if there are no arrivals that day, it won’t be a problem.
🟩 How far are you from the sea?
We are located directly on the seafront, with no roads to cross.
The beach is just a few steps away.
🟩 Are the pitches shaded?
Yes, most pitches are naturally shaded thanks to our poplar grove.
Shade may vary during the day, but there are always cool and well-ventilated areas.
🟩 What is included in the pitch?
Each pitch includes: electricity, water, grey/black water drainage, space for up to 4 people, and one pet.
All of this is included in the base rate, with no extra charges.
🟩 How much power does the electric hookup provide?
Each pitch has its own electric hook-up supplying up to 6 amps, suitable for lights, fridges, camper air conditioning, fans and small appliances.
It is not suitable for electric ovens, induction hobs or high-consumption devices.
🟩 Are toilets and showers available?
Yes, we have toilets, dishwashing sinks, laundry sinks, a washing machine, free cold showers and hot showers with tokens (€0.50 for 1 minute and 30 seconds, unlimited pauses).
🟩 Are pets allowed?
Yes, we are happy to welcome small and medium-sized pets, provided they are used to being around people and other animals.
They must always be kept under control and must not disturb other guests.
🟩 Can I park my car on the pitch?
No, cars must be parked in our internal parking area.
This allows everyone to move freely in and out at any time, without obstacles.
Exceptions apply to vehicles with rooftop tents and guests staying in tents who do not need to move their vehicle during their stay.
🟩 Can we have external visitors?
Yes, visitors are allowed upon notification to the management.
The cost is indicated in the rates section, and visitors must leave by 10:00 pm.
🟩 Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit cards, credit cards (even though, unfortunately, we have to pay the fees 😅),
instant bank transfers,
standard bank transfers (only if the stay allows enough time for the transfer to be credited),
and of course cash.
🟩 Are there supermarkets nearby?
Yes, within a 10-minute walk you will find grocery shops, bakery, pastry shop, pharmacy and other stores.
Alternatively, larger supermarkets are available in Giulianova or Roseto, easily reachable by bike or car.
