Rules and Regulations
Art. 1
These rules are binding for all persons who use the facilities and infrastructure within the area of AGRI CAMPEGGIO MARE NOSTRUM, located in Cologna Spiaggia, Via degli Acquaviva, Province of Teramo.
Art. 2
Guests must behave in accordance with the rules of civil coexistence and comply with current regulations regarding hygiene, circulation and cleanliness.
Art. 3
Upon arrival, guests must present valid identification documents (passport, ID card, driving licence, etc.).
Adults are fully responsible for the identity declarations of accompanying minors without documents.
Management reserves the right to retain these documents and return them upon departure of the group.
No changes to the declared number of guests are allowed after check-in.
The number of persons and vehicles declared at check-in therefore remains unchanged until departure.
Art. 4
Pitch assignment must follow the instructions of the reception staff.
For organizational reasons, once a pitch has been assigned, it is strictly forbidden to move to another pitch without prior authorization from Management.
Art. 5
The full stay must be paid within 24 hours of arrival.
For seasonal packages only, payment of the full amount by 31 July is allowed only if previously agreed with Management, which reserves the unquestionable right to grant or deny such extension.
After this date, if payment has not been made, Management will take the measures it deems most appropriate, without prior notice.
Art. 6
By order of the Police Authorities, access to the Agri Campeggio by non-guests is prohibited, even if accompanied by registered guests.
Unauthorized persons found inside will be reported to the judicial authorities for violation of private property.
Visits by relatives and/or friends are allowed only after notifying Management.
Visitors must leave an ID document at reception. Management reserves the unquestionable right to allow or deny access.
Management may request an additional fee for visitors, who are not allowed to stay overnight inside the Agri Campeggio.
Art. 7
Within the Agri Campeggio it is strictly forbidden to:

play ball games or practice sports dangerous to others;

park vehicles on roads or access routes, or obstruct circulation in any way;

light open fires using brushwood or any flammable material.
Guests may use the barbecue grills located in the designated area.
During use, guests must not disturb or damage other campers.
Barbecue use is free of charge.
Please clean and restore the barbecue after use; otherwise, cleaning costs will be charged.
Art. 8
For everyone’s peace and quiet, strict silence must be observed:

from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm

from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
During these hours, the use of radios, televisions and musical instruments is prohibited.
Vehicle circulation during quiet hours is allowed only for service vehicles.

Art. 9
Pitches must be vacated, clean and free by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Seasonal pitches must be vacated by 30 September, completely free of fences, coverings, objects or structures.
After this date, Management will remove and dispose of any remaining items without assuming responsibility for their custody or damage.
All removal and disposal costs, plus the daily pitch fee from 1 October until cleaning, will be charged to the guest.
The maintenance of the Agri Campeggio relies on the correctness, courtesy and good manners of its guests.
Everyone must leave places and facilities as they would like to find them.
Art. 10
Guests must keep all personal belongings within the boundaries of their assigned pitch.
If items are found outside the pitch during routine checks, guests must immediately relocate them.
If guests leave their pitch for more than 24 hours, they must close water and gas taps and disconnect electricity.
Any damage caused by negligence will be entirely charged to the responsible guest.
If absence exceeding 24 hours is detected, staff may disconnect electricity and water for safety reasons, without liability for any resulting damage.
Art. 11
The use of high power electrical appliances (washing machines, electric or microwave ovens, electric grills, irons, air conditioners, etc.) is strictly forbidden unless expressly authorized by Management and subject to a daily surcharge.
Unauthorized use will result in a penalty equal to the daily surcharge, applied retroactively for the entire stay.
It is also forbidden to tamper with electrical panels in any way.
Only authorized and qualified personnel may intervene.
Art. 12
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors and for any damage caused by them during their stay.
Use of playground equipment is at one’s own risk.
Art. 13
Pets must always be under the owner’s supervision.
Dogs must always be kept on a leash or tied, both on the pitch and within the campsite.
Owners must clean up after their pets in public areas.
Pets must be insured for damage to persons or property.
If not insured, owners remain fully liable, holding the campsite owners harmless.
For hygiene reasons and out of respect for children, dogs are strictly forbidden in the lawn area.
Art. 14
Vehicle circulation inside the Agri Campeggio is FORBIDDEN, except for arriving/departing campers and vehicles expressly authorized by Management and only during permitted hours.
Authorized vehicles must proceed at walking speed and with maximum caution.
Violators may be permanently denied vehicle access inside the campsite.
Art. 15
Guests may insure themselves against civil liability, fire and other risks related to natural or environmental causes.
Agri Campeggio Mare Nostrum is not responsible for damage caused by or to third parties.
Guests are liable for any damage caused to property, equipment, plants or persons and must compensate accordingly.
For damages to campsite property, compensation must be arranged with Management, represented by Gianni Lelli, Acting Director.
Art. 16
The Agri Campeggio and its facilities are insured only for civil liability coverage.
Agri Campeggio Mare Nostrum declines all responsibility for thefts, damage or criminal acts not directly attributable to its own actions.
Art. 17
Failure to comply with these rules may result in measures deemed appropriate by Management, including immediate expulsion of the guest and group, day or night, and possible reporting to the authorities.
Art. 18
For any legal disputes with Agri Campeggio Mare Nostrum, the competent court is Teramo (TE).
